  7.     - Wooooops! Looks like one of my "upward compatibility" variables wasn't
  8.       compatible with THIS(2.0) version!
  9.     - The "V5" variable was REMOVED from version 2.0.

  15.     - This version was modified to take into consideration files of only a
  16.       few K, like text files, that could be Uploaded or Downloaded resulting
  17.       in a VERY HIGH CPS Rate.
  18.     - This version uses a SysOp Definable MINIMUM KByte Length before it will
  19.       actually USE this program. This should hopefully STOP those HUGE CPS
  20.       Rates from happening again.
  21.     - Other BRAND NEW FEATURES include:
  22.         - Separate Upload/Download HighCPS Files, ALONG with Baud Files.
  23.         - Date Stamps are now included within the HighCPS files which can
  24.           now allow them to be RESET every SYSOP DEFINABLE days. This will
  25.           allow for NEW users to get a chance at holding the "record"...
  26.     - Upward compatibility built in by using SysOp Definable Variables.
